Take a listen to this. This is a recording of a prayer, prayed by U2’s Tour Chaplain Jack Heaslip before the opening night of the Elevation Tour in Miami. This is a remarkably powerful prayer – one that could/should be prayed before church services, let alone rock concerts. Jack was also responsible for organizing prayer walks of the venues before each concert through that tour. U2 is focused on the anointing of God. This is awesome.
CLARIFICATION: This is a moment before the concert even started. This is just the U2 crew.

Comment by dave wainscott April 28, 2008 @ 6:50 pmWow…i had no idea they were focused on God like that. I always thought it was just a blanket disguise occasionally put on display. thanks for sharing that.
Comment by shelleyjones April 28, 2008 @ 7:31 pmthat was amazing. I’m really stunned by that. A million reasons and counting.

Comment by the captain April 29, 2008 @ 2:45 amwow, very interesting thing to listen in on. judging by the response after the prayer it seemed that the crowd didn’t quite know what to think. it was rather quiet and scattered in applause.
